Parker, National Chairman of the Social Hygiene Committee of the National League of Women Voters, and outlines outlines the League's general platform and stances regarding the abolition of commercialized prostitution, venereal disease control, and "delinquents, minors and defectives." Similarly, this pamphlet includes legislation and congressional appropriations endorsed by the National League of Women Voters.
