Binky says "Give Your Pet All the Breaks!"

Comic Description: Binky's friend named Allergy worries that his dog, Sport does not seem to like him. They learn from their friend Jim that there is a lot involved in taking care of a dog. They take a trip to the library in order to read more about caring for a pet dog. Later sport is running and playing and licking Allergy on the face. Allergy says: "Look Binky! I guess he likes me after all!".
