Description
Binky says: "Never Underestimate A New Idea!"
Comic description: Allergy enters a soap-box derby and tells Binky that he was going to try something new and different with his car but decided against it because he was afraid that the other boys would laugh at him. Over his shoulder he has a giant bag that appears to be holding something large and heavy. As Superboy lowers it onto the desk, one of the students says, "Here comes Superboy now! Gosh, I wonder what his hobby can be?"]
